Ma’am, I understand it can be frustrating to address repairs years after closing, but all issues were fully disclosed and documented at the time of purchase. I provided you with every inspection report, along with proof that you received and acknowledged them. The emails and texts we exchanged clearly show you were aware of the issues and that the seller declined certain repairs you requested. All inspections you requested were completed, and all reports were delivered to you.
